Custom-strung racquets add a couple of days to delivery. Restrings are usually back within a few days of collection. Your order page always shows the scheduled date.

Yes, for restring bookings. Choose “I’ll supply my own string” and leave it with your racquet.

Sign in on the Your orders page with the email you ordered with. We email you a 6-digit code, and you can see every order, its status and delivery date. The link in your confirmation email opens the order too.

Yes, because payment happens at the door. Pick a time window that suits you, and add a note if we should call ahead.

Unused racquets can be returned within 30 days. Racquets that were custom strung for you can’t be returned unless they are defective.
