Returns & exchanges

We want you on court with gear you love. If something isn't right, here is how returns work.

Unused items: 30 days

Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Racquets must have their original grip wrap and protective film, and no court marks.

Items we can't take back

• Custom-strung racquets once strung, because stringing is made to order. If a racquet arrives with a defect, see below.
• Opened strings, grips and overgrips, and worn footwear, for hygiene and resale reasons.
• Restring services once the work is done.

Damaged or defective

If anything arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace it, repair it or refund it. Racquet frames also carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we'll help you claim.

How to start a return

Email apex8888@hotmail.com with your order number. We'll arrange a pickup with our regular delivery run where possible. Refunds for pay-on-delivery orders are sent by Interac e-Transfer within 5 business days of us receiving the item.
