RocketRacquets ("we") respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, the items you order, and any notes you give us.
• Payment records: whether you paid by cash or e-Transfer and when. We never collect card numbers.
• Site usage: anonymous, cookie-free page statistics to understand what's useful.

Why we collect it

To process, deliver and support your orders, to contact you about them, and to meet tax and accounting obligations. We don't send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run this shop, and only as needed:

• Supabase stores order data on secure servers.
• Vercel hosts the website.
• Resend sends order emails on our behalf.

We don't sell or rent personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years to meet Canada Revenue Agency record-keeping rules, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Email apex8888@hotmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
