These terms apply to purchases from RocketRacquets. By placing an order you agree to them.
Prices are in Canadian dollars. HST at 13% is added at checkout. Delivery fees are shown before you place your order. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before delivery if that happens.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable we'll let you know and you won't pay for it.
We deliver within the areas listed on our delivery page. Delivery dates are scheduled in good faith; if we need to change one, we'll tell you before the original date. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery.
Payment is due on delivery, by cash or Interac e-Transfer. For e-Transfers, use your order number as the message. We may cancel orders that can't be delivered after reasonable attempts to reach you.
Custom stringing and restrings are made to your specification. String tension naturally relaxes over time and varies slightly by machine and string. For restrings, we're responsible for your racquet while it's in our care, but not for frames that fail from pre-existing damage or normal wear.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow that limit.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
